MARIBETH BLACK



Maribeth Black is a first-year Master in Public Policy student at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.


She focuses her studies on international development, notably the effects of gender equity and access to education on political stability and economic growth. Before coming to HKS, Maribeth served for two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Madagascar. She then worked in Djibouti as an intern with IFESH/ UNICEF.


KAVEH AZIMI



Kaveh Azimi is a first-year Master in Public Policy student at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.


At Harvard, Kaveh focuses on international development and the role of small and medium size enterprises in promoting economic growth and poverty alleviation. Before joining the Kennedy School, Kaveh served two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic. Most recently, he managed a rural microfinance program in Haiti.


HALA HANNA



Hala Hanna is a first-year Master in Public Policy student at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.


At Harvard, Hala focuses on international development and is interested in exploring the political economy of public sector reform. Before joining HKS, Hala was a Junior Professional Associate at the World Bank, working on issues of governance and service delivery in Africa and the Middle East.
