World Energy Council Secretary General on Energy Poverty
Secretary General of the World Energy Council, Dr. Christoph Frei will participate in the panel on “Energy Poverty: Challenges and Opportunities.” Dr Frei was born in Switzerland on November 26, 1969 and has a PhD in Energy Policy / Sustainable Development from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland. He is also Professor of International Energy Policy and Strategy at the EPFL since 2006 and holds diplomas in econometrics, electrical engineering, energy systems and applied ethics.
